LandBridge × NRG 1.1 GW power-anchor site
Pre-construction

A power-anchor project in the classic powered-land mold: NRG and LandBridge's September 2025 agreement frames a 1.1 GW grid-connected gas plant on LandBridge acreage near the Waha Hub, purpose-built to land a hyperscale data center, but construction waits on a signed PPA, making this the most conditional of Reeves County's giga-scale plans.
