What you are paying for is the work of finding it, dating it, structuring it and keeping it current — across hundreds of projects, every week.
- How current is it?
- The dataset version and run date are in the footer of every page, so you can always tell what you are looking at. New developments are logged as dated events rather than silently edited into records.
- What happens when sources disagree?
- We keep both and say so. Records carry a confidence level, disclosed figures are distinguished from estimated ones, and a blank field means nobody published the number — not that it is zero.

Fluidstack Cameron County Campus

Early works / site prep
A $4 billion Fluidstack AI campus on more than 1,100 acres of unincorporated Cameron County, about four miles southwest of Rio Hondo. Site work started under a county worksite permit on September 10, 2026, with phase one targeted for mid 2028. It is the second Rio Grande Valley campus on the map and the first there to reach ground.
