Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds.
These terms apply to paid Pro subscriptions and work alongside our Terms of Use and Data and AI Disclaimer.
Available plans, current pricing and included features are shown on the pricing page. The price and terms shown at checkout are the ones that apply to your purchase.
From time to time, we may offer promotional or founding-member pricing. Unless stated otherwise when offered, any continuing promotional rate remains in effect only while the qualifying subscription continues. Cancelling, changing to a different plan, or starting a new subscription later may end that rate.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Your payment method will be charged at the beginning of each new billing period at the applicable renewal price.
If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it and Pro access may be suspended until payment is successfully collected.
You can cancel at any time through Account → Billing → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep Pro access until then.
Cancelling does not automatically provide a refund or delete your account. Your saved account information remains available if you subscribe again later.
If you want to change plans and the option is not available through your account, contact us. Plan changes may take effect immediately and may be prorated. Changing plans may also end promotional or founding-member pricing.
Refunds are considered case by case and are not guaranteed. To request one, contact us using the email address associated with your account. A refund does not automatically cancel your subscription, so tell us if you want both.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable law.
We may change subscription prices, but a new price will not affect a period you have already paid for. If your renewal price increases, we will provide notice before it takes effect. Any continuing promotional pricing will be governed by the terms under which it was originally offered.
We may suspend or end a subscription for nonpayment, violations of our Terms of Use, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service. If we end a paid subscription for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will refund any appropriate unused portion of the paid period.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the current version.
