Account terms, acceptable use, and the rules on redistributing the dataset.
Effective September 3, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Texas AI Data Center Intelligence Hub at datacenters.cutrerlabs.com. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
The Hub is a business research and intelligence service that organizes publicly available information about data center development in Texas. We may add, update, correct, remove, or discontinue content and features at any time.
Some features require an account or paid subscription. Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity conducted through it.
You may use information from the Hub in your own research, analysis, reports, presentations, and commercial work. You may quote or cite information from the site with appropriate attribution.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, republish, or redistribute all or a substantial portion of the dataset. Downloads and exports that your subscription plan provides are for your own personal or internal business use and may not be redistributed. You may not use our content to create, populate, train, or operate a competing database, intelligence service, or similar commercial product.
We do not claim ownership of the underlying public facts. We do retain rights in our compilation, including the selection, organization, cross-referencing, presentation, software, design, reports, and original editorial content.
Automated access must comply with our published crawling rules and may not bypass rate limits, subscription restrictions, paywalls, APIs, or other access controls.
You may not interfere with the operation or security of the service, attempt unauthorized access, probe or test our systems without permission, transmit malicious content, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or misuse of the service.
The Hub is a best-effort research product and is provided “as is.” Information may be incomplete, outdated, estimated, disputed, or incorrect and should be independently verified before being relied upon for important business decisions.
Nothing on the site constitutes investment, legal, engineering, real-estate, regulatory, or other professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of or reliance on the service, including lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or business interruption.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page and its effective date are the current terms governing use of the service.
