The Permian's flagship gas-to-AI campus: a 438-acre, 1+ GW hybrid build in Penwell that New Era took full control of in March 2026, with Stream Data Centers slated to operate and a CO2-battery twist on the behind-the-meter playbook.

Cipher's original Texas mine: 207 MW of energized, $27/MWh grid power in Odessa, the next conversion domino after Barber Lake and Black Pearl, with enterprise tenant talks already underway.
- Sangha Project Genesis (Ector County) Pre-construction · 110 MW
A 110.4 MW Sangha Renewables data center campus in Ector County, announced as Project Genesis and developed alongside utility scale solar. ERCOT conditionally classified it as Base Load under Batch Zero on September 11, 2026. About 19.9 MW is available now, with a further 90.5 MW expected in May 2028. Marathon Capital is running a strategic process for the project.
