EdgeConneX filed EDCAUS13 and EDCAUS14 on August 20, 2026, and a second pair, EDCAUS11 and EDCAUS12, followed. Each building is about 730,000 sq ft, single storey with supporting office space, at $700 million of estimated construction cost apiece, for roughly 2.9 million sq ft and about $2.8 billion combined. Burr Computer Environment Inc. is the owner of record on the filings and EdgeConneX is named as developer. The registrations disclose no IT load, no cooling design, no rack density and no tenant.

TCEQ registration 185019 was pending at the last status review, and the application states that construction and operation cannot proceed without written approval.
