A 665-acre data center proposal east of Taylor in Williamson County, between FM 112 and US 79, from PowerHouse Data Centers and Big Watt Digital. The city's project page puts proposed on-site gas generation at 477 MW using reciprocating engines. The developers withdrew their annexation and zoning application to the City of Taylor on or about September 9, 2026 and are pursuing the site in unincorporated Williamson County, with talks over a voluntary annexation continuing. No tenant, IT load, cost or construction date has been published.
