- Yes, and that is the point. Every figure here comes from a filing, a company release, a county record or published reporting, and every record shows its sources. What you are paying for is the work of finding it, dating it, structuring it and keeping it current — across hundreds of projects, every week.
- How current is it?
- The dataset version and run date are in the footer of every page, so you can always tell what you are looking at. New developments are logged as dated events rather than silently edited into records.
- What happens when sources disagree?
- We keep both and say so. Records carry a confidence level, disclosed figures are distinguished from estimated ones, and a blank field means nobody published the number — not that it is zero.

One of three new Google campuses in the $40B Texas program, its largest investment in any US state. Satellite analysis ties the Armstrong site to Crusoe's Goodnight Campus, which was redesigned mid-2025. PUCT Docket 59220 (Jul 24, 2026) now makes this site the state's first precedent for co-located AI curtailment terms.

This is a facility-capacity figure, not disclosed IT load, and it is NOT reconciled with the two interconnection-specific figures also on this record: the 525.5 MW behind-the-meter wind-co-located load approved under PUCT Docket 59220 (265.5 MW 'Crusoe Load 1' plus the 260 MW 'Crusoe Load 2' added by the Jul 24, 2026 ruling), and the separately reported off-grid gas-turbine phase of up to 933 MW (TCEQ air-permit application, Feb 2026). Those describe different phases and interconnection types and are still not summable into one another or into the 1,030 MW campus figure; New Project Media additionally reports that gas turbines and battery storage were added to a mix originally conceived as wind and solar.
