Power source
Grid supply through Heart of Texas Electric Cooperative on ERCOT. A privately funded on-site substation is part of the development agreement, and Galaxy is funding the transmission upgrades so that the cost is not shifted to ratepayers.

Closed-loop cooling. The city presentation puts water use at about 3,000 gallons a day per building, contractually capped, with additional water infrastructure privately funded.
