What you are paying for is the work of finding it, dating it, structuring it and keeping it current — across hundreds of projects, every week.
- How current is it?
- The dataset version and run date are in the footer of every page, so you can always tell what you are looking at. New developments are logged as dated events rather than silently edited into records.
- What happens when sources disagree?
- We keep both and say so. Records carry a confidence level, disclosed figures are distinguished from estimated ones, and a blank field means nobody published the number — not that it is zero.

The City Council approved an amended site plan 7 to 4 on August 25, 2026 after months of delay and opposition. Ultimate power demand, tenants and construction schedule are undisclosed.
