- Yes, and that is the point. Every figure here comes from a filing, a company release, a county record or published reporting, and every record shows its sources. What you are paying for is the work of finding it, dating it, structuring it and keeping it current — across hundreds of projects, every week.
- How current is it?
- The dataset version and run date are in the footer of every page, so you can always tell what you are looking at. New developments are logged as dated events rather than silently edited into records.
- What happens when sources disagree?
- We keep both and say so. Records carry a confidence level, disclosed figures are distinguished from estimated ones, and a blank field means nobody published the number — not that it is zero.

Stumbled on while corroborating the Freestone filings: a $500M, 460,000 sq ft CyrusOne building at 3397 US Hwy 90 W in Castroville, registered with TDLR on Jul 16, 2026 as SAT14A with a Jan 2026 start and a Jun 2027 completion. Owner on the filing is CyrusOne LP at 2850 N Harwood St, Dallas, the same registrant address and the same Corgan design firm as the Freestone campus. Untracked, and not the same thing as the Microsoft San Antonio-Medina cluster this tracker already carries in the same county. No power arrangement is disclosed anywhere retrieved; ercot-grid is the strategy the location supports, and it should be confirmed before the record opens. Trade coverage calls it CyrusOne's first Hill Country site.
