Coravel North Fort Worth Campus

Last updated

Pre-construction

A five-building data center campus planned on 107 acres on the Bonds Ranch corridor in far north Fort Worth, developed by Coravel, the data center brand of Spanish infrastructure group ACS Group. About 140 MW of critical IT load across the first three buildings is under lease to an unnamed hyperscale tenant, with an option on roughly 100 MW more. The plan includes an adjacent Oncor substation and carries a 10-year Fort Worth property tax abatement approved in spring 2026. Turner Construction is delivering the build.
