SB Energy's SEC filing says its former 3M campus in Austin is leased primarily for data centers, as construction begins
SB Energy's August 31 filing with the SEC says the former 3M campus at 6801 River Place Blvd. in northwest Austin, now called the Cosmos Technology Campus, is leased to its subsidiary SE Cosmos "primarily for data centers and office buildings", with up to 50 MW of critical IT capacity at peak, according to the Austin Free Press on September 14.
