Paxton opens an investigation into whether the Blueprint data center site in Taylor is bound by a 1999 parkland trust
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said on September 17 that his office is investigating the proposed Blueprint Projects Data Centers development in Taylor, over land that was conveyed in 1999 "to be held in trust for future use as parkland" by Williamson County. The release traces the chain of title.
