Kizer Holdings opens nearly 500,000 acres to data center development and markets two Randall County sites at up to 1.5 GW

Kizer Holdings has launched Kizer AI, putting nearly 500,000 acres of family-controlled land in the Texas Panhandle, the Permian Basin, eastern New Mexico and southeastern Oklahoma up for data center and energy development. Its most specific Texas offer is two sites in Randall County near the Amarillo city limit, which Kizer says could hold up to 1.5 GW of data center capacity.
