A Tarrant County judge takes the Westlake data center case under advisement and leaves the restraining order up through September 8
A Tarrant County judge heard arguments on August 26 from the Lakes at Marshall Ridge homeowners association and the Town of Westlake, then took the case under advisement rather than ruling from the bench. The temporary restraining order first issued on August 17 stays in place through September 8.
