Fermi signs TensorWave to Project Matador's first binding lease, 222 MW, ~$6.5B over 15 years
TensorWave TEX1 LLC, a subsidiary of the AI cloud provider TensorWave, has taken a first-phase facility at Project Matador supported by 222 MW of total facility power, on an initial fifteen-year term expected to produce approximately $6.5 billion of contracted revenue, with two five-year renewal options.
