Trade reporting on Jul 30 to 31, 2026 surfaced Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filings for Buildings 3 and 4 at the Goodnight campus, filed under Crusoe affiliate GN DC1, LLC at 10001 Lima Road, Claude, Armstrong County, under the filing name 'Project Llano.' Each building is 805,380 sq ft at an estimated $500M construction cost, roughly $1B for the pair.
