Constellation and CyrusOne announced on Feb 9, 2026 an agreement under which Calpine LLC will provide power, grid connectivity and site infrastructure to a new CyrusOne data center adjacent to the existing Freestone Energy Center, about 80 miles southeast of Dallas.
