A special session of the Bosque County Commissioners Court met at the Clifton ISD Performing Arts Center on January 12, 2026 to hear CyrusOne on the 400 MW campus below the Lake Whitney dam. Roughly 60 residents pressed on water, noise, energy demand and the incentive terms.
