Google registers a fifth Midlothian data center, 288,000 sq ft, construction from late January 2026
Sharka LLC, the Google entity that has built the Railport Business Park campus since 2019, registered 'Sharka Data Center - Building 5' with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation on December 8, 2025 (TABS2026007415): a one-story, 288,000 sq ft new build with a start date of January 28, 2026 and completion set for February 24, 2027.
