Phase 2 of the powered land agreement adds 210 MW, taking the Bosque County campus to 400 MW
Calpine and CyrusOne announced on November 3, 2025 that they had expanded the Thad Hill powered land agreement by 210 MW, on top of the 190 MW announced in July, for a total of 400 MW, the figure this record carries.
