CyrusOne registers DFW17B with TDLR, $500M and 249,090 sq ft, the largest building yet filed on the Whitney campus
The second wave of buildings begins in the state record: 'CyrusOne DFW17B' was registered with TDLR on November 6, 2025 for $500M and 249,090 sq ft at FM56 and CR3610A in Whitney, a single-storey data center with a two-storey office component, insulated precast over a steel structure, scheduled January 15, 2026 to April 28, 2027.
