Calpine and CyrusOne announce the campus: 190 MW of powered land at the Thad Hill Energy Center, $1.2B, first phase over 190,000 sq ft
On July 30, 2025 Calpine and CyrusOne jointly announced a hyperscale campus on land adjacent to Calpine's Thad Hill Energy Center in Bosque County, calling it the first US data center co-located with an existing generating asset.
